Our expert medication management services, paired with our membership-based mental health model, guarantee that you receive the supportive care essential for your well-being.

We provide membership-based mental health care because traditional insurance systems simply don't meet the needs of patients. Long wait lists, surprise bills, and rushed appointments often leave individuals feeling unsupported. Our memberships offer predictable pricing and flexible scheduling, along with effective medication management and supportive care that truly feels human.

Hello! My name is Alyssa Jennings, and I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Three Mountains Psychiatric Services. My path into mental health care has been shaped by more than a decade of nursing experience, advanced training, and—just as importantly—my life as a mother of neurodivergent children. As a mother of neurodivergent children, I bring lived experience to my work that no textbook can teach. I understand the emotional load of navigating IEPs, school meetings, ADHD evaluations, sensory needs, and the day-to-day realities of raising neurodivergent kids. I know what it feels like to advocate fiercely for your child while trying to hold everything else together. This personal perspective shapes my practice in a powerful way: I meet families where they are, without judgment, and with a deep respect for their strengths. I began my nursing career in 2011 after earning my LPN from the Community College of Denver and continued to build my foundation by completing my RN at the University of Phoenix in 2017. My passion for community health and systems-level care led me to pursue a Master’s in Public Health Nursing in 2020, where I learned how to blend clinical care with advocacy, prevention, and whole-person wellness. I later earned my PMHNP-BC from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2022, allowing me to specialize in psychiatric care across the lifespan. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, including individuals with ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, major depression, anxiety, and PTSD. My approach is warm, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. I believe in creating a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported—not rushed or reduced to a diagnosis. Whether you’re seeking clarity, stability, or a partner in navigating life’s challenges, I’m here to provide supportive care and medication management within a membership-based mental health model. Together, we can walk this journey with compassion and evidence-based care.

I provide supportive therapy as part of your mental health care. This means we can use your visits to talk through a stressful week, process what’s been weighing on you, get grounded, and make a plan when life feels overwhelming. Supportive care is flexible, practical, and focused on helping you feel more stable and understood.
I do not provide intensive psychotherapy, such as weekly trauma therapy, EMDR, DBT, or long‑term structured therapy. If you need more in‑depth therapeutic work than supportive care can offer, I will recommend and help connect you with a licensed therapist who has the right training and skill set for your needs.
My goal is to make sure you receive the right level of support, whether that happens here or with a dedicated therapist who can offer deeper, ongoing psychotherapy.
